Coronavirus Update: We have to hold an AGM within 6 months of the close of our financial year, which fortunately allows us some time to postpone it until a later date. The current committee will also investigate means by which the meeting can be held remotely. We'll then make a decision as to whether we go ahead online (i.e. will we get a quorum given the technical requirements? etc.) or postpone. Stay tuned for an announcement. What hasn't changed is our need for help! Use this time to consider putting your name forward for a Committee or Support position.
All positions for Season 2020/21 are open and will be determined at the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, April 7th. The AGM will be held at the track from 6pm, followed by a BBQ to farewell outgoing Committee members and welcome new ones. After a short break we'll continue with the April Committee Meeting.
There are a bunch of roles available on the Committee with differing time commitments, so there’s a role to suit just about everyone. Have a quiet chat with a current Committee Member if you’re interested but remain unsure. Remember that everyone who did the job this past Season had zero experience at one point: don’t be scared to put your hand up!
