There’s been some recent talk regarding loosening the current self-isolation restrictions, but they’re not anticipated to open up to an extent that will allow AW to hold a typical Presentation Night in May. Consequently, we will still announce our award winners at the scheduled time (May 2nd from 6pm) but we’ll only be doing so online. The big reveal will be posted on www.aw.org.au and AW’s Facebook page, where we hope that winners will receive plenty of Likes and Comments from their clubmates, as is their due.
As part of the lead-up to next Season’s series of AW’s Summer meets – and subject to any guidelines in place at the time - we’ll have an occasion of some sort where we actually hand over the awards. More details on that over the coming months.
