Three AW members contested the 2020 Combined Events Championships in Brisbane.
Thomas Noakes ended the U18 Decathlon with a silver medal, improving on his overnight position of 3rd.
Lara Check in the U18 Heptathlon finished in 4th position but was very happy with her performance: gaining PBs in two events and finishing behind a competitor who broke a State record!
Eleanor Tozer similarly finished in 4th place in the U17 Heptathlon. Eleanor won a couple of the events and was only 131pts off the medal dais.
