It was a tentative return to competition by our membership to competition, with only a small contingent contesting the NSW Short Course Cross Country Championships.  Held at West Dapto's Cross Country Park and hosted by Kembla Joggers, it was a triumphant resumption to running following the enforced COVID break.

Medals went to dynamic duo Ron and Ros Perry, though all of our participants had some strong results:
