The postponed 2020 NSW XC Championships were finally run this weekend.  Though Athletics Wollongong isn’t a modern-day out-of-stadia running powerhouse, our participating members did remarkably well at this event. 

The dynamic duo of Ros and Ron Perry were first to medal with a silver in the 65-69 Women’s 6km and a bronze in the 80+ Men’s 6km races respectively.  Day 2 saw this tally matched with Charlize Colwell winning a silver in the U14 Para Women’s 3km and Austin Craig earning a bronze in the U11 Men’s 2km.
