Club Captains are selected annually by the Management Committee and are a club member who :
- Displays pride in Athletics Wollongong
- Is well respected within the club and athletics community
- Takes a keen interest in mentoring athletes and is welcoming and supportive of all members
- Demonstrates the principles of fairness, respect, responsibility and safety.
